Our current processing time is 1-14 business days on non-preorder items. While the majority of our orders are processed and shipped early, please plan according to the full processing time.
The most up to date processing time is clearly posted in our shop announcements, in the product listing information and photos, at checkout, and on your order receipt. We are unable to cancel orders that are within our 1-14 day window.
SHIPPING UPGRADES: For an additional fee, shipping upgrades through USPS are available at checkout. Upgrading shipping shortens the delivery timeframe, not processing time. Please contact us if you are hoping to receive an order by a specific date. We are happy to accommodate to the best of our ability!
Oh no! If your item tracks as "In Transit" or "Delivered" and you have not received it, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS. We're happy to help to the best of our ability, however all lost packages should be reported directly to USPS.
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail due to an old address on file for the customer. Before ordering, please ensure your most current address is entered at checkout.
Halloween and Christmas are our busiest seasons of the year. In order to meet the demand, some holiday items are listed as an "early preorder". This allows our team to batch produce with a 3-6 week estimated processing time, which ensures availability for those who preorder and allows us to price the product at the lowest price possible. Our preorders are filled by our in-house family owned print shop and shipped at the same time before the holiday season they are being purchased for.
When purchasing a preorder item, please be sure to read the ENTIRE product description and review all of the photos. We are unable to cancel or modify preorders once placed.
Once your order has shipped, it may take up to 24-72 business hours for tracking information to be updated through USPS.
Due to COVID and a high volume of mail (especially as enter holiday shopping season) USPS may experience delays in transit and tracking updates when handling your package. Please remember that a lack of tracking updates does not indicate that your order has not shipped.
Be aware the USPS estimates their delivery dates and they may be delayed at times. While these delays are unpredictable and frustrating at times, we are not at fault as the seller.
Other than shipping within the US, we do offer international shipping to Canada and Australia. Please know that we are not responsible for any shipping or customs delays that may occur. The buyer is always responsible for any import fees or taxes that may be due.
Please understand that mail not picked up from customs or from your local PO and returned to us will not be refunded.
All of our apparel is produced ethically in our socially-compliant WRAP-certified (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) factories that are sweatshop-free and child labor-free. We deliver exceptional quality, superior softness, and high attention to detail so you can shop with confidence.
Our printed and embroidered designs are all created in-house by our family owned print shop. Our materials are 100% non-toxic and we only use CPSIA-certified inks.
All artwork is created and owned by Eli + Emery LLC and may not be copied or reproduced in any way.
Our printed apparel is machine washable with the garment turned inside out. Line drying is recommended but garments may be dried in low heat settings. As with all apparel, line drying will extend the life of your garment tremendously. Do not iron directly on printed designs.
Embroidered apparel is machine washable in cold water and line dry only. Design may be directly ironed in low heat settings.
Due to the made-to-order style of our business in which we do not keep shelved inventory, all sales are final.
